02 / Project notes

Context.
Choices.
What Moved.

Not oversized case studies. Just a clear account of the problem, the work, and what happened next.

001 / Campaign + EcommerceAlywillow / 2023—Present

A content system for a growing body-care brand.

Context

A small team needed product stories to stay consistent from first impression through the day-to-day retail experience.

What I did

Led campaign planning and execution across short-form video, product photography, email/SMS, landing pages, social creative, paid advertising, and retail outreach.

How it connected

Managed the Shopify product experience and built retail tools, joining campaign ideas to the systems used for inventory, sales, fulfillment, and customer support.

002 / Community CampaignNC Tech Paths / 2022

A voting campaign people showed up for.

Context

A nonprofit technology-education initiative needed a participatory campaign that made its community visible and invited people in.

What I did

Built and promoted the campaign while producing the motion, social, web, interview, and event content around the organization’s wider work.

Outcome

The campaign drew more than 300 entries and approximately 2,500 votes.

003 / Recurring StorytellingSparta UMC / 2021—2022

Weekly stories under live-production deadlines.

Context

Weekly services and community programs needed a reliable communications rhythm across live and edited media.

What I did

Managed livestream and A/V workflows while producing a documentary-style video series, sermon introductions, podcast materials, and recurring communications.

The system

Connected scripting, filming, editing, audio, voiceover, live broadcast, and publishing into a repeatable weekly practice.

03 / The throughline

Everything
Has A Story.

Poetry taught me to listen for what matters, remove what doesn’t, and make every choice carry its weight.

That same instinct moves through brands, campaigns, film, and digital experiences. The medium changes; the responsibility stays the same: understand what is true, find the clearest form, and connect it with the people who need it.

I’m especially drawn to nonprofits, charities, community organizations, and mission-led teams whose work deserves to be seen and understood.

04 / How it works together

One Story.
Many Forms.

  1. 01

    Listen

Start with real conversations and curiosity: the people, the purpose, and the problem worth solving.

  2. 02

    Find the shape

Distill what matters into a clear point of view and a structure that gives the story direction.

  3. 03

    Make the work

Writing, strategy, design, motion, cameras, and systems come together with care and intention.

  4. 04

    Help it travel

Launch, adapt, and amplify across the right places so the story reaches people and moves them to act.

Different tools. One purpose: to tell a brand story that people can understand, care about, and act on.

05 / Start a conversation

Digital communications, storytelling,
design, motion, and mission-led work.
